The fishing village of Vagia
Vagia is a small village located in the north-eastern corner of the island . The hills in this corner of the island covered by pine forest . The village has a picturesque harbour with many small colourful fishing boats . Next to the port on the left, you can find a long sandy beach and a smaller one on the right. From late May to mid- September, the two taverns on the beach provide sun beds and umbrellas free of charge to customers.
